How do I know this is real?

Your sale does not happen through a handshake or by simply giving money or documents directly to us. The transaction is handled through a reputable Texas title company, such as Edwards Abstract & Title Co. The title company independently handles the closing, verifies ownership and title requirements, prepares the closing documents, and handles the exchange of funds. You can communicate directly with the title company throughout the process, as well as directly with Maria, a longtime RGV resident and local real estate professional.

Am I required to accept the offer?

Accepted Answer

Absolutely not. Receiving an offer does not obligate you to sell your home. You can review it, ask questions, discuss it with anyone you trust, and decide whether it is right for you.

Do I have to pay anything?

No. There is no fee to contact us, have us look at your property, or receive an offer. You are also under no obligation to accept an offer just because you reached out.

Do I need to repair or clean my house?

No. We purchase homes as-is, which means you don’t need to make repairs, repaint, replace flooring, deep clean, or spend money getting the property ready to sell. We’ll consider the home in its current condition when making our offer.

How quickly can I sell?

We can close in as little as approximately 10 days from an offer being accepted, when the property and title are ready, but you do not have to close that quickly. If you need more time, we can work around a closing timeline that makes sense for you.

What if I need time to move after closing?

You choose the closing date, so we can coordinate the sale around your move rather than rushing you out of your home. We can also help coordinate parts of your move if needed. And if there are belongings, furniture, or other items you simply don’t want to take with you, you can usually leave them behind and we’ll take care of them.
